How This Site Works

• Register your league - create a new league and a league administrator account
• Add players to your league - league players do not need to register themselves, but will need to confirm their email address and membership in your league via a link emailed to them when they are added to the league
• Create your first season - a season is a group of games, for example 6 games across 6 months, for which a winner (the League Ace) will be crowned at the end of the season
• Add the location(s) - the locations that your games will be played at
• Schedule your game(s) - You can schedule all of your games at once, or add them one at a time as they are scheduled
• Send game announcement - You can send game announcements with one click to all of your league members
• Random Seat Draw - at this time random seats are drawn for the players
• Players Respond - league players can respond via a link whether they are coming to the game (Yes, No, and Maybe)
• Send game reminder - when it gets close to the game you can send a game reminder
• Record points after the game - you can drag-n-drop players into the places they finished in and record bonus points
• Send points email - use the website to send an email when game points have been posted
• Schedule the next game!
